Kalitegaz cooker with oven provides a hygienic, safe and long-lasting usage owing to its stainless steel body. The internal dimension of the oven is GN 1/1 and can take a 400x600 size tray. In case of the burner flame dies of control, safety valve ceases gas stream and protects you and your product in case of any possible accidents. The oven temperature, which can reach 300°C, provides high cooking performance. Thermostatic gas valve prevents overheating and provides balanced cooking performance. All surfaces are easy to clean. Different size options are available according to the various using areas and requirements. Cast cooking surface spreads heat equally to provide better cooking performance. 3 level tray shelf system provides you to adjust baking speed and level and also allows you to bake simultaneously with placing more than one trays at the same time.  The humid air and smell inside of the oven can be evacuated owing to smoke holes.
