Kalitegaz fryers provide a hygienic, safe and long-lasting usage owing to its stainless steel body. Resistance heat can adjust up to 180°C by the thermostat system. Thermostat system equipped with a safety switch that resets the fryer when the heat reached 230°C to safety. Equipped with an evacuation valve to evacuate the waste oil. In order to protect you from possible accidents, evacuation valves have a safety pin. Tank capacity is 12lt. for each tank Equipped with a hanging system for easy cleaning.  After you finished to use, resistance can be lifted up and fasten easily and provides easy cleaning. Fryer baskets are produced from AISI 316 high-quality stainless steel which is resistant to corrosive effects of water, salt, and oil. Basket handles made from heat resistant bakelite to protect your hands from burning.
