Kalitegaz fryers provide a hygienic, safe and long-lasting usage owing to its stainless steel body. Resistance heat can adjust up to 180°C by the thermostat system. Thermostat system equipped with a safety switch that resets the fryer when the heat reached 230°C to safety. Equipped with an evacuation valve to evacuate the waste oil. In order to protect you from possible accidents, evacuation valves have a safety pin. Tank capacity is 12lt. for each tank Equipped with a hanging system for easy cleaning.  After you finished to use, resistance can be lifted up and fasten easily and provides easy cleaning. Fryer baskets are produced from AISI 316 high-quality stainless steel which is resistant to corrosive effects of water, salt, and oil. Basket handles made from heat resistant bakelite to protect your hands from burning. Monoblock option is available for your requirements and using area.
